REFUND POLICY
Can I return my order? Yes, returning an order is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the correct parts and components, the packaging is intact, and the product arrived exactly as you received it.
- Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
- The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, will be officially confirmed within this period.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions listed above, you must follow these steps to initiate the return procedure:

- Ensure the email includes:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photos of the product in case of damage
- Customer's full name
- Customer's address
We will contact you and provide you with the correct return address. Never send the return to the original sender's address; we will provide the exact address only after your request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
A. CANCELLATION TERMS
Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received or accepted the final item.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform ROSEMARLEY of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., via email). The withdrawal will be considered complete once the goods have been received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipments in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for the receipt of the goods and then return them to us. You may inform us of the cancellation in advance. To ensure a quick process, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification of withdrawal and the goods. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
