SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Since ROSEMARLEY operates with a fully automated system, processing begins immediately after the order is submitted. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once an order is in transit, we cannot interrupt the shipping process or cancel the order.

Shipping and Delivery Times
To offer you a curated selection at competitive prices, our products are shipped directly from our central warehouse in Asia. We currently ship exclusively to Australia. Due to the international nature of shipping, transit times may be longer than local deliveries. The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.

Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to customs procedures or courier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include your personal tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Since items are shipped from Asia, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may be applied to the order upon arrival in Australia.
